Thus, Gresham's Seasonal Services Inc., was started, thereby servicing customers of Macomb County. Over the years, Jim's business steadily expanded from a small part-time business into a full-time operation with the ability to handle a wide variety of commercial properties throughout Macomb County in any winter weather situation. ​ Gresham's entered its second generation as a family business in the early 2000s as Jim's children moved back to the area. They returned from college with a desire to invest themselves in the family business. Today, each family member brings to the table unique talents and abilities, ranging from experience in public relations, business management, communications, and marketing.
